Funeral services for Nickolas Parrie, 19, of Zwolle, were held on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Keith Garvin officiating. Burial followed in the St. Joseph Cemetery.

Nickolas Charles Parrie was born on Friday, September 28, 2001 in Ft. Hood, Texas. He passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 in Zwolle.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, George C. Rahmer; great paternal grandparents, Louis and Marguerite Parrie; and his uncle, Larry G. Parrie.

He is survived by his father, Eric Parrie and wife Dixie of Keithville; mother, Andrea Klare Parrie of Zwolle; sister, Jorja Parrie of Keithville; paternal grandparents, Sandra and Doyle Sepulvado, Sr. of Zwolle; maternal grandmother, Lovell Rahmer of Zwolle; aunts, Karan Parrie Montgomery and husband Donald of Valley Mills, Texas; and Lynsi Meshell of Shreveport; uncle, Daniel Klare of Zwolle; along with a host of cousins, family and friends.

Rabon “RB” Cryer

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mr. Rabon Barney Cryer, 85 of Many were held on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Pendleton Assembly of God Church with Brother Daniel Davis officiating; interment immediately followed at the church cemetery. “RB” was born May 14, 1935 in Many to Annie Bell (Ayers) Cryer and Richard Levi Cryer and entered into rest on October 28, 2020 in Many.

RB was a United States Army veteran of the Korean War. He loved the Lord with all of his heart and loved serving in his church as well. Listening to southern gospel music and playing his guitar was a lifelong passion. He was a devoted family man who adored his wife, children, and grandchildren.

On the morning of October 20th, 2020, Robert Sepulvado passed away peacefully at Willis-Knighton Pierremont in Shreveport, where he was continuously being visited and comforted by family members.

Most commonly referred to as “Rabbit” or “Rab” for short by friends and family, he was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Catherine; sister, Charlene Manshack; grandson, Matthew Bryant; and godson, R. G. Ferguson.

Shirley Jean Stewart was born on Monday, July 25, 1927 in Florien. She passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020 at Sabine Medical Center in Many.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace C. Stewart; parents, William Hines Hardin and Essie (Lee) Hardin; sons, Jimmy Stewart and Douglas Stewart; son-in-law, David Law; sisters, Thelma Miller; Willie May Along; Flo Howard; Reba Parrot; Marie Whittington; Hazel Hildenbrand; and her brothers, Ottis Hardin; Harold Hardin; Wilburn Hardin; Leeman Hardin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Grantham and Retha (Berry) Grantham; grandsons, Cody Remedies and C. J. Remedies; and her sisters, Leola Remedies and Janice Napier.

William Thomas

Graveside services honoring the life of William “Bill” Reynold Thomas were held on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at Noble Cemetery in Noble. Officiating the service was Rev. Jimmy Price.

Bill was born on May 26, 1944 in Pontiac, Michigan to Reynold and Florence Thomas. He entered into eternal rest on October 7, 2020 in Benton, Louisiana.

Bill succumbed to a lengthy battle with Leukemia. He was a very generous, caring, and spontaneous person. Bill enjoyed celebrating Christmas with his loved ones and traveling. He proudly served in the military as a Vietnam Era Veteran. He loved God, his country, and his family. Bill was a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 40 years. His favorite moments were time spent with his family.

Preceding Bill in death are his parents, Reynold and Florence Thomas; the love of his life and wife of 52 years, Nancy Thomas; brothers, Ronald C. Thomas and Garold Bruce Thomas.

Floyd Ray Brevelle was born on Sunday, November 19, 1950 in Ajax. He passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 in Many.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jack Brevelle and Elizabeth Brossette; wife, Vivian Miller Brevelle; grandson Justin Brevelle; great-granddaughter, Kalay Lewis; three brothers and five sisters.

He is survived by his sons, Brian “Miller” Brevelle and wife Arlinda of Converse; Daniel Brevelle of Many; sisters, Louis Williams of Noble; Avis Vines of Converse; along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers: Bobby Goodman, Timmy Goodman, Mickey Goodman, Jimmy Bland, Jeffery Self, and Jimmy Don Self.
