Judy Everitt

Judy Everitt was born on February 17, 1954 and passed peacefully in her home on May 21, 2020 with her husband Pete at her side. Judy was born in Zwolle as well as a long time resident. She was the daughter of Lydia Craig and the late Dick Craig. She graduated from Zwolle High School in 1972. After being a candy striper in high school, Judy later graduated nursing school. Although her family; therefore, her heart was in Zwolle, Judy and Pete’s wanderlust has lead them to live in many locations including Colorado, West Texas, South Louisiana, as well as many of the surrounding towns here in Sabine until they finally made their home in the Belmont area. Since Judy didn’t have children of her own, her nieces and nephews held a special place in her heart. Judy has lived a long and exceedingly memorable life, and many of us would be hard pressed to find another person that was as fun-loving, and eccentric as she.
