Funeral services honoring the life of Andrew C. Sepulvado were held March 13 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Zwolle with Father Richard Norsworthy officiating Burial followed in the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.

He was born on August 13, 1932 in Zwolle to Will and Earline Sepulvado. He entered into rest on March 8, 2017 at the age of 84.

Preceding him in death were his brothers, Earnest Sepulvado, Wilfred Sepulvado, J.T. “Red” Sepulvado, and Joe D. Sepulvado; sisters, Gladys Kent, Irene Sepulvado, Hazel Sepulvado, Marie Garcie, Laura Lee Sepulvado, and Pauline Ebarb; son, William Sepulvado; and daughter, Bessie Harvey.

Funeral services honoring the life of Linda T. Procell, 57, were held March 9 at Henrietta Congregational Methodist Church in Converse with the Reverends Chucky Clark and Jimmy Price officiating. Burial followed at Converse Cemetery in Converse.

She was born on October 7, 1959 in Natchez, Mississippi to John D. and Lola Ruth Tanner and entered into rest on March 4, 2017 in Converse. Linda was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister and grandmother.

Funeral services for Jack Dennis Lightfoot, 69, of Many, were held March 12 at Carson Baptist Church with the Reverends Jeff Feibel, Kenny Carter and Wesley Jackson officiating. Burial followed in the Spring Ridge Cemetery.

He was born on Saturday, October 4, 1947 in Zwolle. He passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at his residence in Many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlest Lightfoot, Sr. and Bernice Isgitt Lightfoot; and brother, Arlest Lightfoot, Jr.

Bradley Canton

Funeral services honoring the life of Bradley Ray Canton were held March 14 at Rose- Neath Chapel in Many with Bishop Terry Lowe officiating. Burial followed at Spring Ridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill.

He was born October 20, 1959 in Houston, Texas to Bobby Ray Canton and Daisy McKinney Canton and passed away on March 10, 2017 in Zwolle at the age of 57.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, William and Josie Canton, Cletus O. and Bennie McKinney; and father, Bobby Ray Canton.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his mother, Daisy McKinney Canton; daughters, Mallorey Sepulvado and Automn Canton; sisters, Deborah L. Canton Chambers and Carol A. Canton Davis; grandchildren, Jaleigh Leone and Kasen Arthur; nieces, Kristan Jordan and Sara Davis; nephews, Kody Chambers and Andrew Davis; and a host of loving friends.

He was born on Saturday, December 4, 1948 in Sabine Parish. He passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Louisiana Extended Care Hospital in Natchitoches.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis Ray Weldon and Donna Henderson Weldon; one brother; and son, Caleb Weldon.

Robert Byles

Funeral services for Robert Lynn Byles, 57, of Many, were held March 2 at The Life Church with Pastor Jim Manning and Deacon Mike Sullivan officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Freedom Cemetery.

He was born on Sunday, January 24, 1960 in Sabine Parish. He passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017 at Sabine Medical Center in Many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis E. Byles and Dorothy Vernice McComic Byles; and brothers, Johnny, Billy, and Don Byles.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Johnson Byles of Many; daughter, Brittany Byles Nosser and husband, Charles Nathan Nosser, of Many; son, Robert Louis “Bobby” Byles of Shreveport; brother, Tommy Ray Byles of Many; grandchildren, Charles Bradley Nosser, Rebecca Klair Nosser, and Londyn Grace Nosser all of Many; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Norman Procell

Norman Kent Procell, 49, of Ebarb, went to be with his Lord surrounded by his family on March 3, 2017, in Shreveport.

A memorial service was held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Many on March 6. A mass of Christian burial was held March 7 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Zwolle. Interment was at St. Ann Cemetery in Noble.

He was born on July 31, 1967, to Gerald and Rebecca Procell. He attended Ebarb High School as part of the graduating class of 1985. On September 18, 1987, he married the love of his life the former Kimberly Ebarb. Norman’s family was always his first priority. He and Kimberly had eight children together, and Norman worked hard every day to provide for them. Big family vacations were the highlight of every year. He made it a point to show his children that time with family was precious. Norman’s greatest accomplishments were his children and grandchildren.

Selena Ebarb

Selena Remedes Ebarb, 89, of Zwolle passed away on March 2, 2017 after a short illness.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Clifton Ebarb; her parents, Joe and Elidia Remedes of Zwolle and numerous brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her four children, eight grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 11 at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Richard Norsworthy officiating. Visitation will begin on Saturday March 11 at 9 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zwolle.

Billy Young

Funeral services honoring the life of Mr. W. E. “Billy” Young, 79, were held March 4 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield with the Reverends Toby Shaw and Lynn Mitchell officiating.

He was born on May 23, 1937 in Benton to Guy and Anna Young and entered into rest on March 3, 2017 in Shreveport. Billy was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather.

Preceding Billy in death were his parents, Guy and Anna Young; four brothers and two sisters.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Yvonne Young of Mansfield; son, Beau Brett Young of Grand Cane; daughters, Montie Tovar-Young and spouse, Juanita, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and Tanya Ebarb and husband, Greg, of Mansfield; brothers, James Young, Jerry Young, and Bob Young; sister, Patricia Scott; and grandchildren, Katie and Allen Gammill, Amanda, Taylor and Hunter Ebarb, and Lauren, Shannon and Ashley Young.
