Funeral services for Thomas Leo Wiggins Jr. 77, a consultant in the oilfield industry of Benton, La. will be 2 p.m. Sunday March 16, 2014 at Comer Funeral Home Chapel in Ferriday. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Mausoleum in Ferriday, LA. under the direction of Comer Funeral Home of Ferriday. Mr. Wiggins was born October 10, 1936 to the union of Thomas Lewis and Lois A. Frost Wiggins and passed from this life March 13, 2014 at his residence in Benton surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Lewis and Lois J. “Jackie” Wiggins and one brother Billy Wiggins. Survivors include his wife, Elsie Wiggins; son Mickey Wiggins and wife Karen of Bossier City; daughter Lynda Cates of Natchitoches; grandchildren Lisa Wiggins Dilts; Jeffery Wiggins; Stacey Cates; Sarah Cates; and three greatgrandchildren; three brothers Frankie Dean Wiggins and wife, Rhoda of Shreveport; Paul Wiggins and wife, Lynn of Oak Ridge; Alvin Wiggins and wife, Suzanne of Clayton; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers include Lawrence LaBarrere II; Lawrence LaBarrere III; Milton Canazares; Kippy Blaney; Ronnie Blaney; Dan Wiggins and Wesley Dilts.
