Funeral services for Frances Elaine Eaves, 80, of Belmont, LA, will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Union Baptist Church, Belmont, LA with Bro. Dean Johnson and Bro. Marty Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Belmont Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Union Baptist Church, Belmont, LA.
Frances Elaine Eaves was born on Tuesday, May 9, 1944 in Many, LA. She passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025 in Shreveport, LA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard (Billy) Eaves; grandson, Wesley Eaves; parents, Olcie Nash and Aleane (McGaha) Nash; brother, Freddie Nash and her sisters, Melba Nash, Lenora Sepulvado and Bobbie Turner.
She is survived by her sons, Scottie Eaves and wife Cheryl of Belmont, LA and Marty Eaves and wife Laura of Belmont, LA; daughter, Angela (Angie) Eaves of Belmont, LA; sister, Mary Farmer of Belmont, LA; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be: Randy Sepulvado, Jamie Farmer, Shane Eaves, Jesse Eaves, Chad Ponder and Billy Ponder. Honorary pallbearers: Paul Vines, John Lee, Ryan Shoalmire and Tim Sepulvado.
