Funeral services for Carl Hester, Jr. ,72, of Many, were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, in the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Kenneth Leach officiated. Interment followed in the Little Flock Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014. Carl was born on Oct. 1, 1941 in DeQuincy. He entered into eternal rest at his residence on Feb. 26, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Hester,
Sr. and Cora Williams Hester; daughter, Vicki Lynn Hester; son, Carl Shane Hester; grandson, Clay Taylor MInson; and brothers, Johnny Hester and Newton Hester. Francis “Big Man” Ezernack

A memorial service will be held at a later date for Francis “Big Man” Ezernack, 60, of Danville, Ill., at the camp of Bobby and Carolyn Ezernack in Zwolle. He was born on Oct. 23, 1953, in Zwolle, to parents Hobert and Victoria Ezernack. He
died on Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 in Danville, Ill. Ezernack was preceded in death by his parents, Hobert and Victoria Ezernack, and five brothers, Calvin, Paul, Joe, Doug and George Ezernack. He is survived by five brothers, Steve, Ned, Bobby, Larry and Diggy Ezernack, and four sisters, Frances, Juanita, Ann and Vicky. He was cremated in Illinois. Arrangements for a memorial service are still pending.

George Swain, pastor of Lilly United Pentecostal Church. Interment followed in the Moss Cemetery. Angela was born in Shreveport on June 30, 1966. Funeral services for John G. Feldhiser, Sr. “Johnny Dollar”, 82, of Zwolle, were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at St. Ann Catholic Church in Ebarb. Father Timothy C. Hurd officiated. Interment followed in the church cemetery. John was born on Aug. 24, 1931, in Roger City, Mich. He entered into eternal rest at his residence on Feb. 19, 2014. He worked at Boise Cascade as a boilermaker until his retirement. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Leona Mc- Lalin Feldhiser; sisters, Leota “Lee”  Monson and Florence  Wilson; son, Rodrick Allen Feldhiser; grandson,  Stevie Allen Ferguson; and granddaughter, Terrie Ellen Feldhiser.

in Florien. Visitation was at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Florien. Vesta Eileen Lombard was born on Saturday, Sept. 13, 1924, in Mt. Carmel. She passed away on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at her residence in Florien. She is survived by three special caregivers, Brittney Herbert, Nancy Mendez and Vanesa Herbert,
