Generous – The one word that best describes Jacky Craig (Po). He was generous with his time, talents and possessions. He coached Dixie Youth baseball for years, worked to establish the current Dixie Youth fields in Zwolle, served as Zwolle Volunteer Fire Chief, served as President of the Zwolle Jaycees, was a dedicated servant to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in many roles over the years, served as Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus Council 4818 and Faithful Navigator of the fourth degree for a few decades, served as a trustee for VFW Post 5818, belonged to the local DAV Chapter, Choctaw Apache tribe and the Sabine Riffles Camp No. 2057. Jacky would do just about anything that his family or community would ask of him. He gave of his Earthly possessions freely because he felt he was blessed with them by our creator to be able to take care of others. He loved to cook and feed people. From the moment you walked into his home until the moment you walked out, he was offering up everything in his kitchen. Jacky loved with everything he had and his love for his family, friends and community can never be questioned. He loved life and knew he was blessed – all you had to do was ask him how he was and his reply would be “Great – I woke up today”.
