March 27, 1943 January 25, 2023 Husband, Dad, Poppa/ Tractor, Son, Brother The Ole Car Man/ Mechanic. His passion was his work and automobiles. He worked very hard for years to support his family and was very successful. Originally from Marthaville, La. He left to go to his Jesus while living in Shreveport, La. He was a devoted husband to his wife Mary for 60 years. Devoted dad to his children; Rod, Brad and April; loving grandpa to his grandchildren, Ben, Briana, Peyton, Katelynn, Madison and Hayden; and great grandchildren. He had worked in Shreveport, La. when a young man but had his own business for many years first in Marthaville, La and later on in Converse, La. prior to retiring.

Preceded in leaving for Heaven by his parents, Harry And Gertie Singletary of Marthaville, La., 2 brothers, Ray Wyatt of Marthaville, La. and Billy Jack Singletary of Marthaville, La.

He is survived by His Wife, Mary Lockwood Singletary of Shreveport, La (originally of Fisher, La.), His Children Rod Singletary of Hot Springs Village, Ar., Brad Singletary of Shreveport, La., and April Singletary McKenzie (Husband Ricky) of Walker, La., His Grandchildren Ben Singletary of Many, La., Briana Singletary of Lake Charles, La., Peyton Kelemen (Husband Kade) of Lafayette, La., Katelynn Beadle (Husband Daniel) of Walker, La., Madison Mckenzie of Walker, La., Hayden McKenzie of Walker, La., Brother Ted Singletary (wife Jan) of Marthaville, La., Son in Law Ricky McKenzie of Walker, La. and numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.

Always loved, He will be greatly missed but we know WITHOUT DOUBT he is now in Heaven with Jesus.
