Funeral services for Brett William Mitchell, 54, of Many, LA, will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Leach officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, January 13, 2023, at 5:00 PM at Friendship Baptist Church.

Brett William Mitchell was born on Tuesday, June 11, 1968 in Many, LA. He passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023 in Spur, TX.

He was preceded in death by his father, Delmer Mitchell and sisters, Lynda Mitchell and Brenda Valdez.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Mitchell of Many, LA; children: Nicholas Mitchell of Conway, AR, Jacob Mitchell of Many, LA, Rebekah Mitchell of Robeline, LA and Garrett Mitchell of Many, LA: mom, Rita Mitchell of Many, LA: sisters, Dickie Leach of Many, LA and Deborah Kay Mitchell of Marthaville, LA; brothers, Dewayne Mitchell of Converse, LA and Keith Mitchell of Noble, LA; granddaughter, Emma Claire Bordelon; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be: Jeremy Russell, Casey Fulgium, Brian Smelley, Jody Alizzi, Dobber Windham, Jordan Boatman and Shelby Rogers.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Auston Hutto, Jake Hutto, Eric McPherson, Robert Brown and Drake Russell.
