Graveside services for Arthur G. Sparks, 80 of Many, La, will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Warren Baptist Church, Many, La, with Rev. Louis Slaughter officiating. A memorial will be held at the home of Jerry and Donna Sparks on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 5:00 PM for family and friends.

Arthur G. Sparks was born on Thursday, July 16, 1942 in Alco, Louisiana. He passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Eugene Sparks and Easie Marie Sparks; grandsons, Joshua A. Mitchell and Nicholas K. Sparks; and his nephew, Danny Sparks

He is survived by his loving wife, Gwen Sparks, of Many, La; son, Pete Sparks and wife Peggy of Many, La, son, Jerry Sparks and wife Donna of Many, La, son, Stacy Sparks of Shreveport, La, son, Phillip Sparks and wife Kelly of Colorado, son, Bubba Williams and wife Tish of Keithville, La; daughter, Joni Waddle and husband Bobby of Pleasant Hill, La; brother, Raymond Sparks and wife Vivian of Florien, La, brother, Ottis Ray Sparks and wife Rose of Negreet, La, brother, Dennis Sparks and wife Ruth of Florien, La; sister, Mary Sparks Pearson and husband Gary of Florien, La; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
