Funeral services for Linda Frances Johnson Harris, 80, of Many, LA, will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Pleasant Hill with Rev. Dean Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 5:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Pleasant Hill.

Linda Frances Johnson Harris was born on Wednesday, August 13, 1941 in Pleasant Hill, LA. She passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Many Health Care North in Many, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Melvin Johnson and Betty Lois (Middleton) Johnson; first husband, Hollis Gene Harris, Sr.; second husband, Dale Scaife; sisters, Yvonne Rogers and Emily Dillard; brothers, Glen Johnson, Lloyd Johnson, Trentice Johnson and Benton Johnson; and her grandson, baby boy Harris.

She is survived by her daughter, Gina Harris Sattler and husband Pete of Belmont, LA; sons: Hollis Gene Harris, Jr. and Elaine Rivers of Liberty, TX, Joe Payton Harris and Iwona Funderburk of Florien, LA and Jeffery Clay Harris and wife Sonya of Pleasant Hill, LA; grandchildren: Hollis “Trey” Gene Harris III and wife Jaime of China, TX, Lacy Patterson and husband Shane of Lumberton, TX, Katy Arthur and husband Jacob of Many, LA, Holli Harris and Max Mulcahey of Katy, TX, Joe Payton Harris, Jr. and wife Tracey of Stonewall, LA, Robert Jedidiah Harris and wife Amaris of Monroe, LA, Jordan Kyle Harris of Natchitoches, LA, Madison Sepulvado and husband Nick of Zwolle, LA, Jakota Harris and fiancé Hannah Webb of Pleasant Hill, LA, Skylie Harris of Pleasant Hill, LA and Allie Lois Byles and husband Justin of Belmont, LA; seventeen great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Trey Harris, Payton Harris, Jed Harris, Jordan Harris, Jakota Harris, Nolan Patrick and Richard Patrick.

Honorary pallbearers will be her nephews and friends.
