Latreece Renee Sparks

Funeral services for Latreece Sparks, 36, of Florien, were held on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Peason United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Arick Lassiter and Joey Remedies officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Latreece Renae Sparks was born on Sunday, June 2, 1985 in Natchitoches. She passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George Manasco and Margaret Self; Henry Eddie Buxton, Sr. and Della Paul Buxton; Vernie and Evon Thaxton; and Edward and Marie Sparks.

She is survived by her husband, Abe Sparks of Florien; children, Lilly Sparks; Bub Sparks; and Lucy Sparks; father and stepmother, Charles and Tina Manasco of Florien; mother and stepfather, Mona and Brian Jones of Lake Charles; brothers, Charles Manasco of Florien; Luke Manasco and wife Samantha of Florien; sisters, Hannah Manasco of Florien; Kaitlin Manasco Parks of Florien; stepsister, Brianna Buford of Lake Charles; grandparents, Bobby and Jean Williams of Florien; in-laws, Dennis and Ruth Sparks of Florien; brothers-in-law, Aaron Sparks and wife Allie of Florien; Adam Sparks of Florien; sister-in-law, Mandy Withers and husband Chuck of Florien; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers were Charles Manasco, Luke Manasco, Aaron Sparks, Adam Sparks, Chuck Withers, Micah Sparks and Colby Withers.
