DeeDee loved her family deeply and with everything in her. She was always concerned for everyone else’s well-being. She took great pride in all of her family and she was so very loved by all of them. Her grand babies were most definitely her pride and joy.

Her illness was an incredibly hard journey but she did not let it steal her joy, faith or sweet spirit. She was always joyful and thankful for the time that she had and never complained. Her faith in her Lord and Savior was unwavering. She always had a sweet spirit and was kind even when she was in pain. She was always moved with compassion and prayed for others anytime she had the opportunity.

DeeDee will be missed terribly by her family and all that knew her. This is not goodbye, it’s just see you later for she has only moved to her eternal home.

There are two very special people who helped care for DeeDee. To both of you, saying Thank You is not enough. Melanie Marlin and Sue Sparish, you have become family to us.
