Dalton Ezernack

Dalton Ezernack, 82, entered into eternal rest on September 25, 2021, in Zwolle. Dalton was born on June 10, 1939, in Shreveport to Abram Ezernack and Lela Roberta Meshell Ezernack.

Preceding Dalton in death are his parents, Abram and Lela Ezernack; brother, Gary Wayne Ezernack; daughter, Sharon Ezernack Remedies; granddaughter, Kristen Etheridge; and sister-in-law, Elsie Ezernack.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Shirley Ezernack of Zwolle; son, Dalton Lamar Ezernack and wife Janet of Blanchard; daughters, Debbie Tyner and husband Shayne of Bossier City; Felicia Ezernack of Zwolle; Diette Ezernack and fiancé Michael Dickson of Zwolle; brothers, Gene Ezernack and wife Shirley of Zwolle; Raymond Ezernack of Noble; Edwin Ezernack and wife Dorothy of Zwolle; James Ezernack and wife Delphia of Noble; sisters, Glenda Meshell and husband Larry of Zwolle; Janice Roberts and husband Alan of Many; fifteen grandchildren, thirty six great-grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Dalton enjoyed old trucks and cars. He had a big Lincoln car he would race at Sabine Motor Speedway in Many.

Memorial services honoring his life will be held at a later date.
