My precious Mamaw Burr went to be with the Lord at 1:42 AM this morning. I can’t even imagine the joy and excitement of the reunion she had with Papaw, Uncle Wesley, and Uncle Marty. I can just see them waiting at the gates for her as she danced through them with her new body! My heart is so broken for us here, but I can’t help but cry happy tears when I think how she must’ve felt seeing them after so long, along with so many others, and for sure seeing the beautiful face of JESUS for the first time! I know He told her “well done” as He embraced her! I’m so blessed to have had her for a Mamaw for 47 years. All of us grandkids were definitely blessed with one of the very best! She will be so missed. I can’t help but sing “glad day, a wonderful day, glad day a glorious day, there with all the holy angels and loved ones to stay, that will be a glad reunion day!” Today is that day.
