Memorial services for Bonnie Kathryn Sepulvado Bass Self of Hemphill, Texas and former resident of Zwolle were held on May 13 with service and rosary. She was born December 6, 1959 in Zwolle to Juanita Lopez and Bobby Sepulvado and entered into rest on May 9, 2019. She was a member of St. Pius I Catholic Church and Souled Out for Christ Ministries.

Bonnie loved life and enjoyed having a good time with her family and friends. She never met a stranger and was a kind and sharing woman. She enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. In addition, she enjoyed making people laugh until her last hours.

Preceding Bonnie in death were Joe Bob Huggins; her parents, Juanita Lopez and Bobby Sepulvado; brother, Carl H. Sepulvado; and grandson, Acen Vines.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Phillip Self of Hemphill, Texas; daughters, Tonia Bass of Noble, and Darci Bass of Hemphill Texas; son, Jacob Huggins of Hemphill, Texas; stepsons, Jeremy Self and wife, Ashley of Austin, Texas and Michael Martin of Vidor, Texas; brothers, Darryl P. Sepulvado of Zwolle, Doug Sepulvado and wife, Beverly of Zwolle, and Allen Sepulvado of Keatchie, grandbabies, Hayley, Sydney, Kaitlyn, Camryn, Livye, Weston, Madalyn, Eisley, J. T., Tanner, Jake, Mikey, Tyler, Blake, Sam, and Grayson; great grandchildren, Raylie, Tristan, Cayson, Makinna, Chesa, Blaine, Gracelyn; Goddaughter, Shelby Bass; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Bonnie’s family would like to thank all of the staff at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas and Harbor Hospice of Jasper, Texas for their friendship, comfort and care they provided over the past few years.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be made to Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation in Bonnie’s honor.
