Funeral services honoring the life of Louella Madiar were held August 20 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Zwolle with Father Duane Trombetta officiating. Interment followed in the Converse Cemetery in Converse. Louella was born on January 24,1943 in Converse to Marvin “MT” Truett and Maggie Ebarb Brown. She passed on August 17, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, James Dean “E-Key” Remedies Sr.; grandson, Kurt Craig; and brothers, Joseph and David Brown. She is survived by her spouse, James Andrew Madiar; daughters Mary D. Procell and husband, Sammy R., of Noble, Felicia Ann Whitlow and husband, Wayne, of Converse; grandchildren, Marla, Krystal, Kari, James, Terry, Brandy and Joshua; brothers, Truett Brown and wife, Diane, of Converse, John Henry Brown and wife, Debbie, of Mississippi, and Jimmy Dean Brown and wife, Nancy, of Gulf Port, Mississippi; and sisters, Rae Sanchez and husband, Paul, of Bossier City, and Mary Schuwrtzkotf and husband, Skip of Tampa, Florida. Pallbearers honoring Louella were Joshua Whitlow, Trenton Harvey, Jeffery Remedies, Timmy Sanchez, Nathan Remedies, John Wayne Ebarb, James Remedies Jr., and Ricky Ebarb.
