Funeral services for Judith Delores McCoy, 67, of Converse ere held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Noble. The Rev. Jimmy Price and the Rev. Paul Grace officiated. Interment followed in the Converse cemetery. Judith was born on Feb. 3, 1947 in Kermit, Texas. She entered into eternal rest at Grace Home in Shreveport on April 12, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Doris Mouser; step-mother, Elsie Golden Mouser; brothers, Jerry and Ted Chance; and grandson, Matthew Wayne McCoy. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, James McCoy of Converse; son, Daniel McCoy of Ebarb; daughters, Tammy Palmisano and husband, Ronnie of Provencal, Nancy McCoy and spouse, Nelson Springer of Converse and Brooke Dowden and husband, Landon of Leesville; sisters, Diana Raborn and husband, T.J. of Converse, Tommie Fisher and husband, Jerry of Converse, Barbara Hatcher and husband, Freddie of Converse and Dorothy Raynes and husband, Jimmy of Clarence; brothers, Frankie Mouser and wife of Converse and Wayne Mouser and wife, Sabrina of Oil City; sister-in-law, Lisa Chance of Milam, Texas; grandchildren, Joshua Darden, Bridget Sepulvado, Joseph Vines, Jared Dease, Alona Springer and Brycen Dowden; great-grandchildren, Destiny Sepulvado, Pasley Sepulvado and Mason Sepulvado; a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Honoring her as pallbearers were Jerry Fisher, Freddie Hatcher, John Rayborn, Clint Sepulvado, Chester Sepulvado, Joshua Darden. Honorary pallbearers were Jared Dease and Joseph Vines.
