Funeral Services for Hazel Margaret Maines, 79, of Many, were held July 18 at Alford Heights Baptist Church in Many with the Rev. Marvin Leleux officiating. Burial followed in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Florien. Hazel Margaret Maines was born on Monday, Jan. 13, 1936 in Lockport. She passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at University Health in Shreveport. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Beatrice Sevin Adams; three sisters; three brothers and one granddaughter, Shelli Bozeman. She is survived by her husband, Trenice Maines of Many; daughters, Bonnie Bozeman and Tom Armstrong of Florien and Annette Anderson and husband, Kerry, of Natchitoches; sons, Randy
Cauthen and wife, Janice, of Florien, Rickey Cauthen and wife, Bess, of Fisher and Mark Maines of Florien; sisters, Verna Mae Boudian of Cut Off and Elizabeth Arabie of Raceland; brothers, Adolph Adams of Lockport, Leroy Adams of Raceland and Stanley Adams of Lockport; 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Allen Maines, Gregory Young, Randy Cauthen, Jr., Brandy Maines, Jake Young and Tom Armstrong. Honorary Pallbearers were Mike Dickson and Kerry Anderson.
