Sue Lynn Jones Myers, 77, of Mansfield, went to be with her Blessed Savior Jesus Christ Thursday, December 3, 2015. Celebration of her life began with a visitation at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield on December 6. Final services began December 7 at Rose- Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield. Interment followed at Belmont Cemetery in Belmont. Sue was born May 20, 1938 in Converse. She grew up in Sabine Parish and lived most of her life in Mansfield. She had a ready smile and an outgoing, loving spirit that radiated God’s love to all she encountered. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Pearl Jones of Noble and brother-in-law, Jerry Callens of Lincoln, Texas. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Edwin Lee Myers of Mansfield; sisters, Nelda Callens of Lexington, Texas, and Connie Byers and husband, Lloyd, of Shreveport; close friend, Ron Ebarb; three generations of nieces and nephews and a host of friends. The family wishes to thank all those who have supported Sue in prayer and acts of kindness. Sue had a deep love for children as evidenced by so many special little ones she doted on throughout her life.
