Sheriff Aaron Mitchell reports Frankie Delayne Sepulvado (age-44) of Zwolle was arrested for thefts of several items recently.

Sabine Parish Sheriff Detectives began investigating the thefts after the victims reported items missing from their property. Detectives developed Sepulvado as the suspect and were able to recover all the stolen items.

Sepulvado took a Kubota tractor and gooseneck trailer from Old Pleasant Hill Road. Sepulvado sold the tractor to someone in New Hebron, Mississippi for $10,000. The trailer was located in the woods behind the suspect’s residence. While locating the trailer, Detectives found a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. The Toyota truck was reported stolen from a hunting lease in Desoto Parish. Sepulvado painted the trailer orange and painted the truck black.

Sepulvado also took a John Deere 450G bulldozer from Old Pleasant Hill Road. Sepulvado sold the dozer to someone in Sarepta, Louisiana for $10,000.

During the investigation, two other stolen vehicles were located on Sepulvado’s family property, a 1985 Jeep CJ5, which had been stripped down, and a 1987 Suzuki Samari, which had been painted black. The Jeep was stolen from a residence in Desoto Parish. The Samari was stolen from a hunting lease in Slagle in Vernon Parish.

Sepulvado was booked into the Sabine Parish Detention Center for: -2-counts of Theft over $25,000, -Theft $5,000 $25,000, -Theft by fraud $5,000 - $25,000, -Illegal possession of stolen things $1,000 – 5,000.

Total bonds set at $70,000, he remains in jail.

Sepulvado also faces criminal charges in Desoto and Vernon Parish.
