Sabine Parish is set to honor Juneteenth with two vibrant festivals celebrating freedom, culture, and community. The towns of Zwolle and Many will each host events filled with music, food, and family-friendly activities, inviting residents and visitors alike to commemorate this significant day in American history.

Zwolle Juneteenth Festival: June 13–15

The festivities in Zwolle will take place at the Zwolle Festival Grounds from June 13 through June 15. The celebration kicks off on Friday, June 13, with Family & Kids Day featuring free admission, games, popcorn, and drinks. Highlights include the downtown Parade at 10:00 AM and the Kickback Trail Ride on Sunday. Throughout the weekend, attendees can enjoy nightly live music performances, dancing, and a variety of cultural activities that highlight the rich heritage of the community.

Many Juneteenth Festival: June 21

On Saturday, June 21, the town of Many will host its Juneteenth Festival, beginning with a spirited parade along San Antonio Avenue at 5:00 PM; followed by music, food and fun in the Many Town Square.
