Project Celebration is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of services geared toward helping survivors of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Child Abuse move towards a healthy path in healing. PCI has provided services across a 7 parish area in Northwest Louisiana since the 1980”s in an effort to change the culture of violence in our communities. All services are confidential and free of charge. Our Mission is committed to helping individuals and families to enhance their ability to live successfully in community. Through education, advocacy and collaboration of all available resources, clients will develop the highest capacity for safely, self-reliance and personal well-being. Project Celebration is gearing up for OCTOBER, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH. We have a few things going on the community that everyone can attend. First off the color purple is the color for the month. It would be great if you have purple ribbon put it on something outside, send a picture to PCI or put it on social media in support of our victims/ survivors. I also have a ribbon I can paint on your door or window, just let me know.
Second, PCI is having an event at the Project Celebration building on OCTOBER 2nd at 10am that is open to the public. Please join us while we show our support to victims/survivors of Domestic Violence.
