April 23 was a special day for Warren Meadows Funeral Home, as the staff began their newest tradition with a flag dedication in honor of the late Floyd Giblin and other men and women who served in the armed forces.

Giblin recently passed following an illness, leaving a massive hole at both the heart of the funeral home and in our local communities, which he served both at his business and in the community.

“This is the first of many ceremonies,” said Giblin’s daughter Amy Barnhill. “Our family wanted to do something for all veterans.”
