To say that Fred G. DeLacerda of Stillwater, Oklahoma has had an interesting life, would be an understatement.
He achieved his childhood dream of flying and excelled in a number of subjects, earning five degrees. Not only was he deter-mined to live life his way, but DeLacerda helped others along the way.
Born in Natchitoches on September 19, 1937 to Arthur and Elizabeth DeLacerda of Many, he was the first of two sons.
