The Toledo Bend Lake Association (TBLA) elected officers for 2016 during the October, 2015 meeting of the Board of Directors. Newly elected officers are President John Toliver, First Vice President Gary Moore, Second Vice President Rhonda Dean, Secretary Bill Galligan, and Treasurer Gaynell Goodeaux.
