Entrepreneurs and small business owners across Sabine Parish are invited to attend a free business development workshop on Friday, July 11, at the CDC Building, 470 Church St. in Many from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided, and prior registration is required.
This hands-on session is designed to equip participants with the tools they need to grow their businesses and secure funding. The event is hosted by the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program (EAP) and the Launch Network, with support from the LWCC Foundation, and in partnership with the Sabine Parish Chamber of Commerce, the Natchitoches Economic Development Alliance (NEDA), and the Natchitoches Chamber of Commerce.
Participants will learn how to: identify viable funding sources; build a solid financial model; and develop a pitch deck that captures attention.
“Our team of mentors will work alongside you, working on everything from the business plan and model, market and financial analysis to prepping you to receive funding, such as an angel investment,” EAP Executive Director Dave Smith shared.
The workshop is open to residents from across Sabine Parish and is part of a collaborative effort to strengthen the local economy by providing valuable business resources to the community.
EAP Business Funding success stories in Northwest Central Louisiana include Chasing Aces Golf, which is ready to franchise nationally, Genesis, Innolyzer, Oleolive, and Lowder Baking Company, to name a few.
