Many Bass Club holds January tournament

Jimmy Campbell won the Many Bass Club’s January 2016 tournament with a five fish stringer weighing 17.24 lbs, which included included the 5.26 lb lunker big bass of the tournament. Campbell caught his fish using a pumpkin green Mister Twister Hang 10 ribbon tail worm in shallow water around grass in the Palo Gaucho area of the lake.

It features former Florien resident Jessica Benevage Anderson) In the summer of 2013, Jessica Anderson was on a vacation in the Smoky Mountains and wanted to see a natural waterfall. But when her group did find one, the 1 1/3 mile hike was too much for the 365-pound Anderson to physically handle and she had to stay back.

Mighty Many Tigers fall to West St. John Rams 34-30

James Carhee ran for a quick first down and into Ram territory, but it was AJ Carter who ran for another touch down and just kept on going for a 23-yard touchdown run. The point attempt was blocked, which put the Tigers 6-0.
