Funeral services for Jimmie H. Hardee will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk St. Mansfield, Louisiana. Burial will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Brother Dean Johnson.

Jimmie was born in El Dorado, Arkansas on June 1, 1937 to Lonnie and Ida “Pink” Hargett and passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022 in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana.

Elaine Sepulvado Henderson was born on Wednesday, November 2, 1938 in Zwolle, LA. She passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022 in Mansfield, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Burl and Carmen Smith; husband, Joseph “Buddy” Sepulvado; husband, George W. Henderson Sr.; and son, Jerry “Pop” Sepulvado.

Henrietta Blake gained her wings surrounded by her loved ones December 8th, 2022 at 81 years old. She was born August 30th, 1941 in Zwolle, LA to Henry Remedies and Clara Parrie Remedies. Rietta, as most knew her, was an active parishioner of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Zwolle, La. She served as a Eucharistic Minister, member of the choir, Youth Coordinator, Captain of St Martha’s Circle for many years, and later received the Certified Catechist Award by the Diocese of Shreveport. Rietta was a licensed beautician since 1971 and was the owner of Rietta’s Beauty Shop located in Zwolle, La. She devoted her whole life to her faith, community service, caring for children, and her family.

Visitation for Henrietta will be Sunday December 11th, 2022 starting at 5pm and all day Monday December 12th, 2022 at Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Zwolle, LA. Funeral service will be Tuesday December 13th, 2022 at St Joseph Catholic Church in Zwolle, LA at 10 am by Father Keith.

Stanley “Papa Bear” Sattler gained his wings and deservedly entered into his heavenly home on December 9, 2022, peacefully by the love of his life, Lydia.

Stanley was born January 19, 1944, in Fredericksburg, Texas. He was the third child and son for his beloved parents Eugene Alvin Sattler, Sr. and Laura Ida Woerner Sattler.

Stanley is survived by wife of 54 years, Lydia Colston Sattler. Stanley and Lydia met in one of their favorite places, church. Lydia knew at 12 years old that God intended for them to be married. Papa Bear was probably a bit behind, but it was God’s plan. Stanley is also survived by daughter, Cindy Sattler, son, Tony Sattler and wife Keisha, grandchildren, Hannah and Cole Sattler and Hayden Evans, sister, Pearlie Sattler Colston, brother, Perry Sattler and wife Patsy and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ann Natalie Sepulvado was born on Monday, October 28, 1929 in Prairie Ronde, LA. She passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Bertram Nursing and Rehab in Bertram, TX.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Marlon Sepulvado; her parents, Darbes Smith and Warvely (La-Fleur) Smith; daughter, Loretta Lauzon; sons, Ted Sepulvado, Steven Sepulvado and Michael Sepulvado; 3 brothers and two sisters and her grandson, Will Ryman.

Rex Wright passed away peacefully at his home November 26, 2022 at the age of 67.

He was married to his high school sweetheart for 49 ½ years and had three children Scottie, Kalli, and Brent. He was a life long resident of Sabine Parish, a proud patriot, and a MHS alumni, class of ’73. He was a faithful offshore production employee for Chevron/ Texaco for 37 ½ years, upon retirement he spent his time working in his prized garden, traveling to new places and helping coach Sabine Peewee football. He was an avid Many Tigers fan! He was a good friend to many and enjoyed helping all those who asked and loved his title of being PawPaw Rex to his granddaughter.

Rex is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Wright and Doris McDonald Wright.
