Since its inception around a year ago, the Sabine Songwriters Circle has remained the purest form of musical performance within the confines of Sabine Parish. Instead of cover songs, the event’s emphasis remains centered solidly on original composition as opposed to middling performances of others’ work. The circle meets monthly at the Many Train Depot on the first Tuesday of the month. The next session is scheduled to take place on June 4 with doors opening at 6 p.m.
