On March 18, 2023, Fort Jesup will host “Setter’s Day” to honor the early settlers and soldiers of the region through Living History Demonstrations of daily life and crafts. In May, the Friends Group will open an exhibit on the Founding of Sabine Parish and the early communities of the parish.
