Local students honored after completing CLTCC, NSU advanced manufacturing technician program

Five students were honored upon completion of the GeauxFAME/AMT program, a work/study partnership between Central Louisiana Technical Community College, Northwestern State University and regional industries. From left are Dr. Jimmy Sawtelle, chancellor CLTCC, Jay Latour of Many, Cody Tibbett of Baton Rouge, Justin Jacobs of Pleasant Hill, Kyleb McMahon of Many, Luke Holloway of Choudrant and NSU President Dr. Marcus Jones. McMahon earned the Distinguished Graduate Award.

Kyleb McMahon of Many earned the Distinguished Graduate Award, the highest award bestowed by the employers in the local FAME chapter and is pictured with personnel from his partnering company, Boise Cascade of Lena.
