The Many Tigers move 3-0 on the season and an undefeated 2-0 in district play after a resounding defeat of the Menard Eagles at John Curtis Tiger Stadium 40-7 on October 16.

The game didn’t begin with the explosion out of the gate that the Tigers are so well-known for, racking up two penalties to start the game. Despite forcing the Eagles into a punt during the opposing team’s first possession, it wasn’t until the Tigers recovered a fumble several series later that they began their impressive offensive production. On the next play following the recovery, Terrence Williams broke through for a touchdown and put the Tigers up 7-0.

The Eagles’ offense didn’t fare much better than before on the next possession, as the Tigers held them to a three-andout, with an illegal receiver downfield penalty sealing their fate.
