2018 was eventful year for Sabine Parish

The Sabine Parish Cloverbuds met in December and made chemo care kits for the Natchitoches-Cancer Center. They were delivered around Christmas time. Sabine Parish had quite the 2018. From decisions about the future of Toledo Bend to mere fun, a little bit of everything happens in our part of Louisiana. Each year, the Index does a wrap-up of the best of the previous year.


While most were still recovering from the Christmas season, others were off to a big start.

The Sabine Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution pledged to move forward in their service to the local community.

The smash blockbuster Wonder Woman played in the Many Community Center and was thoroughly enjoyed by all that attended.

The Toledo Bend Lake Association announced their 2018-2019 gun raffle, which provides needed money that the organization uses to improve Toledo Bend.

Toledo Retirement and Rehabilitation Center provided a few pictures of their Christmas Party, which featured plenty of live music.
