Harvey storms through Sabine

As of Friday, September 1, Toledo Bend is still considered a flood zone due to the torrential downpours of Tropical Storm Harvey, which made its way through the area mere days before.

Harvey was the first major hurricane to make landfall in the United States since Wilma in 2005, ending a record 12-year period where no hurricanes of category three intensity or higher made landfall in the United States.
