Amber Martinez and Edward Jackson wish to announce their upcoming marriage. The two will be married at St. Joseph’s Church in Zwolle on October 28 at 6 p.m. with a reception at the VFW hall immediately following. Amber is the daughter of Amy Garcie and Tim Vines. Edward is the son of Kathy Hubbard and John Jackson. The bride graduated Northwestern State University in 2013 with an Associates in Veterinary Technology and a Bachelor’s in both English and Biology. She currently works as a registered veterinary technician at Towne South Animal Hospital in Shreveport. The groom is also a 2013 Northwestern alumni with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. He currently works as the receiving manager at Barnes and Noble. The two reside in Shreveport with their seven fur children.
