Students from Northwestern State University’s hospitality management and tourism and culinary arts programs will host the popular International Festival of Cultures and Cuisines from 4:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 12 in downtown Natchitoches. Booths will feature themes from countries and cultures around the world and will be manned by costumed students serving international cuisine and entertainment.
