The Toledo Bend Lake Association (TBLA) received the Conservation Partnership Award from the Louisiana Association of Conservation Districts (LACD) at its annual meeting in Lafayette on Tuesday, January 12. John Toliver, president of TBLA, was present at the annual banquet to receive the award on behalf of TBLA.
