The weather is slowly cooling off and October is a great time to visit Cane River Creole National Historical Park; they have a variety of programs and activities for everyone. On Thursday October 8, at 7 p.m. Shreveport author Philis Caskey will be giving a lecture about her book “Skinny Dipping in Cane River.”
