After two-and-one-half years at the helm of the Sabine Parish on Aging, Executive Director Ginger Patton will be moving on. She handed in her resignation to the Board of Directors a month ago and has made plans to relocate in Lake Charles. She joined the Council in June 2012, returning to her hometown to work. “I would like to thank you for having me as the Executive Director for two-and-a-half years,” she said. “Let me express my gratitude for the wonderful opportunities for professional growth and development I have experienced while serving as the leader of the Sabine Council on Aging,” she said. “Serving as an advocate for the elderly of the parish I grew up in has provided me with one of the most satisfying experiences of my career.”
