Movie filmed in Fisher

A low budget family comedy set in the 1930s filmed several scenes in the Village of Fisher during the last week of May. The writer, producer director and actor is one man—Phillip Wade, who serves as minister of music at Cypress Baptist Church in Benton. Interestingly enough, he is the son of Dr. J.R. Wade, who was the coroner who pronounced bank robbers, Bonnie and Clyde, dead when they were ambushed around Arcadia
