Armstrong work to be exhibited

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the Many Cemetery is the grave of Amos Lee Armstrong, the first poet laureate of the State of Louisiana. Although he died more than 50 years ago, he has not been forgotten. The Sabine Historical Society is hosting an exhibition of his landscape paintings at the Sabine Historical Depot Museum on June 12-14.
