Caron Curtis doubled in the fifth inning, which scored two runs, putting the Tigers over North Desoto 2-1 before the ill-fated sixth inning.

Nick Slaydon was on the mound for the Tigers, surrendering five runs on eight hits over five and 1/3 innings. He struck out four with no walks. Caleb Leach entered out of the bullpen and pitched for one and 2/3 innings.
