Marvin Ray Loucious, 54, of Many pled guilty on February 19 before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth E. Foote to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
According to the plea, law enforcement agents observed Loucious selling five grams of methamphetamine on July 20, 2018 and six grams on July 23, 2018, from his home. They executed a search warrant at his home on August 10, 2018, and found 160 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, plastic baggies, and approximately 100 glass smoking pipes. They also recovered 55 firearms with five weapons being in close proximity to the drugs.
