The year 2017 has been quite a year for Tamale Fiesta King William E. Ruffin Jr. of Many. The longtime educator and member of the Sabine Parish Police Jury has been gathering honors for his career and work within the parish. Last March, he was inducted into the Sabine Parish Hall of Fame and honored at a banquet. A brass plaque hangs in the lobby of the Courthouse, bearing his likeness and detailing his achievements.
