Local dignitaries, Sabine Parish Chamber of Commerce members and other businessmen and women attended the official ribbon-cutting of Bayou Crawfish at 10:30 a.m. at their San Antonio Ave, located in downtown Many. Chamber Vice President Robert Hable of Foy’s, welcomed the new owners, husband and wife team, Jennifer Anderson and Michael Caspari, to the business community and presented them a Chamber membership plaque for display in the new eatery.
