Three important members of the Sabine Council on Aging’s office staff at the Legacy Building in Many are spotlighted this week, according to Executive Director Tammy Mangum. Lisa Ebarb is one of the first staffers you will see when you enter the Legacy Building, Sabine Council on Aging in Many. She has been serving as receptionist/administrative assistant since July. A Sabine Parish native, she graduated from Zwolle High in 2000. She is married and the mother of one child.
