Dedication of the 2015 Tamale Fiesta poster will take place tomorrow evening, September 17, at 7 p.m. at the Zwolle Festival grounds as Chris and Becky Loupe and family, poster sponsors, honor his parents, Rogers P. and Ruth Loupe. Who would have thought 40 years ago on that icy November Saturday of the first Tamale Fiesta that it would have lasted and grown to be the well-known festival that it is today.
