Bank of Montgomery’s Vice President Stephen C. Van Sickle II is the new Chairman for the National Rural Lenders Association’s. The NRLA’s mission is to advocate for USDA Guaranteed Lending programs in support of rural economic development. Guaranteed lending programs fill an important gap in access to capital for farming operations, rural businesses, rural communities, not-for-profits and tribal entities.
