Kylie Donay Ebarb of Zwolle, LA was born on July 9, 1978 in Many, LA. She went to her eternal home on August 10, 2025 at the age of 47 years old. Kylie passed away at Sabine Medical Center in Many, LA after complications from a recent complex brain surgery.

Funeral services for Kylie will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 15, 2025 at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation for family and friends will begin on August 15, 2025 from 10:30 AM until service time at 2:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many, LA. Burial will follow at New Freedom Fellowship Cemetery at 660 Highway 1215 in Many, LA.

She was more than a mother, daughter, lolli, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a community nurse who poured her heart into caring for others. Her compassion, dedication, and gentle spirit touched the lives of so many. She gave selflessly-always putting others first-both in her work and her life!

Kylie was a faithful member of the Living Word Church in Many, LA. She was employed by Elara Caring as a Field Nurse for 24 years. Kylie was an avid Kid Rock fan to say the least!

Survivors are her father Donald Ebarb (Sherry) mother Virginia Cosenza (Jessie). Daughter Averi Remedies (Ashton). Sons CJ Rivers and Lexin Carra Oliver Seaman. Grandchildren Aspen Remedies and Axton Remedies. Sisters Allison Ebarb (Keith) Roxie Wolfe (Matthew) Tanya Cantrell (Jody). Brothers Timmy Meshell (Tessie) Andy Cosenza (Christy). Special friend Dan Remedies and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Lifelong friends Shanna Ebarb and Amanda Meshell.

Kylie was preceded in death by her grandparents TJ and Rosalee Ebarb Tom and Cora Lopez- stepfather Tommy Cosenza and brother-in-law Anthony Sepulvado.

Pallbearers will be Chad Cline, Ricado Sepulvado, Andy Cosenza, Lance Mothershed, Brandon Rivers, and Wendell Seaman.

Per Kylie’s request and love for the elderly population please in lieu of flowers donate to Sabine Council on Aging and Many Healthcare and Rehabilitation therapy/activities department.
